Experimented with combining my 2 favorite things this morning and it did not disappoint!
Overnight oats are a great breakfast option because you prep them the night before, making it such an easy balance breakfast. They‘re also really versatile. You could use milk or greek yogurt, any type of seeds/nuts/fruit and toppings you want, as long as you have the basics which is generally: milk + oats + chia seeds.
Try this recipe next week and let me know your thoughts!

ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp chia seed
1/2 cup toasted coconut almond milk (I used @califiafarms)
2 tbsp - 1/4 cup cold brew (depending on desired strength of coffee flavor)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cocoa powder
pinch of cinnamon

recipe (makes 2 servings)
1. add all ingredients to a mason jar
2. cover and place into the fridge overnight (note: should be at least 6 hours)
