I’m so excited about this recipe! These were originally inspired by a smoothie that I had from The Juicery in Boston that I tried to remake at home. I found out what they used for ingredients and did some recipe testing at home to come up with the perfect replica that had a little twist on the original recipe from The Juicery (I used fresh squeezed juice, no coconut or maple syrup, and a tbsp of hemp seeds).
It was so refreshing and tasted like a creamsicle! So I poured it into these popsicle molds and froze them for a few hours and created the perfect creamy popsicle. I bought this ice pop mold on Amazon, and they have a bunch of different versions of popsicle molds for pretty cheap. Try the recipe below for a delicious smoothie, or make into popsicle for a balanced sweet treat!

24 oz package of frozen mango
1/2 cup almond milk
5 oz container greek yogurt

1 tbsp hemp seeds
