These peanut butter pecan no-bake protein bars are made with oats, pecans, and peanut butter, making them high in fiber and protein which is perfect for breakfast! Try the recipe below :)

ingredients
2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 cup pecans

recipe (makes 12 servings)
1. line a 9 inch pan with parchment paper
2. in a mixing bowl add oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and stir
3. add pecans to mixing bowl and stir
4. transfer to parchment paper, pack firmly into pan and garnish with a few full pecans on top
5. refrigerate overnight, cut into bars and enjoy!
prep time: 20 minutes
nutrition per serving: 190 calories, 7g protein, 10g carbohydrate, 13g fat, 3g fiber.
