This is a salad recipe is for my people who don’t like traditional leafy green salads. It’s full of fresh fruit, veggies, and herbs making it so refreshing and nutritious! It’s a twist on a traditional peach burrata salad, inspired by a recipe from Half Baked Harvest.
Enjoy this on its own, or pair with fresh bread and protein to make a complete meal! Hope you love it xo
